For this project, we had the pleasure of working with another amazing family in North Vancouver! The children had moved out and it was time to sell, but not before some much needed upgrades to maximize the value of the home. The home had significant potential and we were asked to do a full house renovation (4,600+ sqft) that would help obtain maximum re-sale value. We renovated and staged the entire home.

 

This renovation required a of planning as it occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to go through various compliance measures to make sure my work followed stringent industry standards, but more importantly, we maintained the health and safety of the home owners, myself, and my crew. This was completed on time and on budget. We made sure there was only 2 people allowed working in the home at once and that they were wearing a N95 respirator mask and gloves. The home was constantly being wiped down and anyone working who felt the least bit ill to remain home. Safety was our number one priority and was never compromised! With all that in mind, this project went through an efficient 7 week renovation. We stayed on budget and on time.

 

This is a great example of my dedication to deliver a quality product in an efficient manner and see it through from start to finish in order to ensure full client satisfaction.
